Ocean

Welcome back. I hope you all had a wonderful spring break. I spent it with lots of family time...inside of course with this crazy weather!

This week we covered the ocean theme. What a fun theme to come back to. We worked on the letter Oo, a focus on number 8, and even had some fun science!

Thursday:
After reading A house for Hermit Crab we made hermit crabs of our own!

The kiddos had a blast flying this big octopus kite! It was the perfect windy day!!

Playing in some sand...

O is for orange...

Can you hear the ocean?

Yes...this is by the work of Mrs. Laura. Did you know I was such a great artist?
The kiddos rolled the dot cubes..counted the dots, and added food to the fish's belly!

Great counting!
Now to add some food to its belly...
