Pets!

We love our pets and enjoyed sharing all about them! We covered the letter P and worked on counting with 1:1 correspondence.

Thursday:
We are now doing morning table tops when the kiddos come in first thing! They have some fun and educational activities to do each morning. They will do the same one for about 2 weeks and then I will rotate!

Then we got to come up with a name and some fun characteristics that made our rocks special!

P is for popcorn! I loved this independent activity for the fine motor aspect! Picking up those kernels can be tricky!

Dog Bone sort and count! We worked on simple questions: How many red, green, tan bones and how many in all!

Family and Friends!

 We are so blessed to celebrate our family and friends at school! We did so many fun things this week including learning about the letter Ff, the number 2, and discovering so many wonderful things about our families and making friends!

Thursday:
Our poem of the week! This helped us meet our new friends and learn their names!

Ff is for footprints...oh sweet footprints! Who doesn't love these tiny feet!


Friends...Friends...Galore! We can always use more!












Thanks sweet buddy for bringing such a yummy and creative snack! Ff is for fish and fishing!

Here we worked on counting all of the members in our families! I love his 1:1 counting! Great job! And a huge thank you to each and everyone of you for sending me a picture! These kiddos LOVE their families and were so proud of their final product!
