What a fun week learning about farm animals and faring! As always 2 days is never enough time to do all that I want! We also did end of the year assessing this week...I can't believe how much they have grown socially, academically, and even fine motor wise!
Monday:
Big Red Barn and A Busy Day on the Farm.
2 Fun farm stories... |
We made our own mud to paint with...because pigs like mud!
Just add oats, sand, and brown paint...gives it a mighty cool texture!
I am sure your kiddos have been singing, "Old McDonald Had a Farm..." Here is why! |
Do you think we could go a week without doing something challenging for these fingers? Nope! They decorated a corn cob by using corn kernels. This was challenging to pick them up one-by-one. |
Great Job sweet buddy! |
Tuesday:
Rosie's Walk by Pat Hutchins and Oh, Look! by Patricia Polacco |
After we read, Rosie's Walk we made a Rosie of our own. |
First we traced our hands and then painted them... |
I also forgot to take pictures of this fun interactive activity too...boo and shame on me! |
