Thursday:
He may not look thrilled...but I am! This was the first time this year this sweet nugget let me paint his lovable hand! |
We turned our tiny hands into big acorns! |
Here we are working on number sense...the value of 3. Not only did they count out 3 stickers they had to peel and stick them (of course me and my fine motor push!) |
All about our body! The kiddos got to add a brain, stomach, lungs, and heart to this picture. We also talked about the importance of each of these big organs. |
What do we like for lunch!? |
Great peeling sweet boy! |
Under our skin is bones. If we didn't have bones we would be a blob. The kiddos found that very funny. We also talked about how X-Rays help us see our bones. |
That smile melts me! |
Our very own Homegrown...Super Hero! Blessed to have her protect our room! |
Sensory bins... |
Nn is for noodles. I will give you one guess why I like this activity! If you don't say pinching and grasping to strength their fingers/hands (aka...fine motor skills)...I may cry! |
We got new dotter markers...the kids were super pumped! |
Treat VS Healthy. No...ice cream is not healthy...even though it has milk in it! :) |
This nugget kissed every picture in this book because it had an animal on it...Lots of giggles were exchanged! |
TEAMWORK!!! |
Science time: I hand lotion and glitter. The glitter represents germs... |
Just look at those germy hands... |
Then he touched a pumpkin,,, |
Now there is glitter on the pumpkin...then this sweet girl grabbed the same pumpkin... |
And BOOM that is how germs are spread! We chatted a lot on why it is important to wash our hands and keep them out of our mouths! Let's stay healthy this flu season! |
