| At first we used yarn...that proved to be a bit challenging...so I opted out for a rubber string. This proved to work much better for their sweet fingers. |

I added the pasta to a bag and then put in 3 TBS of rubbing alcohol. I then added food coloring...the more coloring the darker and richer the color. Purple proved a bit challenging to make! |

| After our colors we added in the center a few drops of dish soap...our rain! |
