| This was the challenge of the week! I had written out the kiddos names on hearts...and them dumped them out on the table. They had to locate all of the letters in their name! I wrote their name on the bottom of the paper to give those who needed it that little extra boost! |

| For one part of our math we worked on counting hearts and then finding the corresponding number. Mrs. Trina focused on the 1-1 correspondence with the counting. |

| Our other math activity for the day was "1 little, 2 little, 3 little hearts" I taught them this song and we sung it over and over again while I traced their hands. |

| Then we added hearts to each finger...they had to count our the amount they needed (10 of course!) and glue them on! |

A huge thank you to all of the parents that helped make our Valentine's Day activities so much fun! They took the stress off of me so I can stick to what I do best...the teaching end! |
